The bouquet inside contains metal tin from Guanajuato, and fabric flowers with leaves. Alcohol ink was used on the brilliante tin hearts.

These are very rare holy sacred hearts. The tradition is to put a saint in the nicho. Flowers and hearts represent surprises, joy and love.
